The Paleolithic Diet (aka Paleo Diet, Hunter-Gatherer Diet, Stone Age Diet, Caveman Diet, etc.) is eating only the kinds of food that were available prior to the agricultural revolution.

So that includes:

+ meat
+ seafood
+ poultry & eggs
+ fruits & vegetables
+ nuts & seeds

And it excludes:

– dairy
– grains
– legumes
– refined sugar
